I am a psychologist and cognitive-behavioural psychotherapist, a member of the Polish Association of Cognitive and Behavioural Psychotherapy.
I graduated in Clinical and Health Psychology at SWPS University and am currently in my fourth year of psychotherapy training at the CBT Centre.
I have completed courses in Crisis Intervention and Human Emotional Problems with Creative Thinking techniques in the therapeutic process, as well as organising and running support groups, and Acceptance and Commitment (ACT) therapeutic support.
I am the author of counselling books promoting mental health. I work with people struggling with personality disorders, depression, anxiety disorders, OCD, bereavement, and life crises. In addition, I have a medical degree (Physiotherapy, Medical University of Warsaw) and therefore I often integrate mental well-being and body work in my approach.
I love it in my profession:
It is an incredible source of joy and motivation for me to see how my patients’ lives change and how, step by step, they begin to build their future by making conscious choices, discovering happiness, and experiencing a better quality of life.
In my work, it is important to me:
As a professional psychotherapist, I am committed to continuously improving my knowledge and skills to ensure the highest quality of therapy. My passion for helping others, my ethical approach and the trust I have in my clients form the foundation of my practice.
I invite you to psychotherapy, together we will look at your difficulties and find a solution.
I would be happy to support you:
If you are struggling with depression, personality disorder, OCD, anxiety, or if you are grieving or at a difficult time in your life, and if you want to explore yourself, your patterns, thoughts and beliefs affecting your everyday life.
I feel happy when:
I hike in the mountains, discover the beauty of the world around me, read books or spend time with people close to me.
