I am a psychotherapist in training, in the third year of the Intra School of Psychotherapy, in the humanistic and experiential stream. In 2021 I obtained a certificate of a one-year sub-field study of psychological support and education. I am a graduate of many courses and workshops on the topic of parenting, with a particular focus on supporting children in the spirit of closeness parenting and non-violent understanding.
I have a master’s degree in economics and pedagogy.
I have been volunteering for years offering psychological support to those in need, I was a mentor in the Future Academy programme in the September 2020/June 2021 edition. I have been providing psychological support and psychotherapy in individual sessions with clients for 4 years.
I have many years of experience working in multinational corporations in managerial and director positions.
I work with adults on both personal crises and child-rearing issues. I help to develop self-awareness, accompany people in discovering and understanding their needs, boundaries and resources and in building fulfilling relationships. I support clients experiencing symptoms of trauma, the effects of violence and stress, going through life crises and traumatic experiences.
I supervise my work regularly, both in the School of Psychotherapy classes and in individual supervision sessions.
I am convinced that in therapy the most important change takes place on the basis of the therapeutic relationship. Through this relationship and with the support of the therapist, the client works to understand his or her experiences, experiences and decisions. I believe that everyone has the potential within themselves to successfully face difficulties and simply feel happy.
What I love about my profession: Real human contact and those moments when I feel or hear that the therapeutic relationship helps the client to change and brings relief.
What is important to me in my work: The therapeutic alliance with the client. Our mutual motivation to work towards change.
I am happy to support you: In dealing with the challenges you want to overcome.
I feel happy when: I spend time with people I care about, when I walk my dogs unhurriedly, when I feel I am doing good things for the world….
